Roy Fellion

Royal “Roy” W. Fellion, 84, passed away at his home in Cape Vincent, NY on Tuesday, June
24, 2025, under the care of Hospice of Jefferson County.
Born June 4, 1941 in Plattsburgh, NY, Roy was the grandson of Royal William and Rose
(Saunders) Fellion. Roy worked as a horse trainer and was well known for his accomplishments,
as well as being avid hunter. He enjoyed attending auctions and going antiquing later in his life.
Roy is survived by his significant other of 25 years, Sandra Veley and their dog Lily. His
children, Kelly Hicks and her partner Ruben Gonzales of Norristown, PA, Kevin Fellion of
Kaysville, UT, and Karla Dean of Chalfont, PA, as well as 6 Grandchildren, and 5 Great
Grandchildren.
A burial at Riverside Cemetery of Cape Vincent, NY will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at
11:00 AM.
