Harold R. Rogers Sr.

Calling hours for Harold R. Rogers Sr. will be 2-4:00pm Thursday, July 26th at Cleveland Funeral Home, Watertown. A remembrance service will follow the calling hours at the funeral home beginning at 4:00pm. Burial will be held at the convenience of his family.

Harold passed away Saturday evening in a motorcycle accident in Lewis County. He was 63 years old.

 Born in Watertown November 28, 1954, Harold was a son of Glenn and Gladys (Murray) Rogers. He was educated locally. Harold was a jack-of-all trades and, if he couldn’t fix it, no one could! He was a man who never sat still and would frequently say “I’ve got stuff to do!”

 Marriages to Lannie Jones, Sheila Stevenson would end in divorce. Currently married to Elizabeth Rogers with her 4 children: Ashley Beutel, Jessica Farney, Rodney Beutel, and Clarissa Zeller, along with 8 step-grandchildren.

 Harold enjoyed life. He loved not only his family, but people in general. He also loved riding motorcycles. He will be remembered as a man who lived life to the fullest right up until the end.

 Harold is survived by his children: Harold Jr. and Denialle Rogers, Candy Rogers and fiancée Desiree Smith, Brandon Rogers and companion Bria Kors, Raymond Rogers, Shelby Rogers, 2 siblings: Donna (Dave) Laird, Gloria Rogers (companion Leroy Johnston); a brother in-law: Bill Lindsay; and his grandchildren: Harmony Rogers, Jarren Rogers, Layla Rogers, Joseph Rogers, Elijah Rogers, Taylor Bush, Cooper Bush, & Hailey Rogers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and several close friends.

 Besides his parents Harold is predeceased by 4 siblings: Rose Lindsay, David Rogers, Debbie Rogers, and Glenn Rogers.
