Gary Edward Kalk

Gary Edward Kalk Sr., 74, of San Antonio, TX, formerly Watertown, NY, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023.

Gary Edward was a loving and caring son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, great-grandfather, uncle, and friend. He enjoyed and loved his family and friends unconditionally. Gary always worked hard and provided a wonderful life for his family. He always put his family first. He enjoyed working around the house, doing family things, meeting new people, telling old stories, riding back country roads, his kids and grandkids, and feeding his squirrel, “Buddy”. Gary worked doing Gary Kalk’s Auto Glass and was well known for the quality of work he provided. He left a big hole when he passed and was love by a lot of people.

Dad we know you are happy being back with Mom, she was your world, and we will see you both again. Until then you will be missed by all of us left here without you.

Gary was predeceased by his beautiful wife, Gloria Jean; father, Edward Kalk; mother, Goldie; sisters, Jeanie, Franny, and Shirly; his precious grandson, Kyron and many more. Dad we know you are at peace.

Left to cherish his memories are his children, Gary Kalk Jr., Jeffrey Kalk, Todd Kalk, Jason Kalk, Heather Miley, and Justin Kalk; sister, Leslie Walker; 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and family.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Gary and Glory in Watertown, NY on July 28, 2023.
