Ennis L. Mason 84, of Cape Vincent, NY passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his wife and children at his side on Sunday, May 19, 2024.
Ennis attended St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church in Rosiere. Ennis married his wife Marilyn (Binky) Constance in 1967 in Rosiere New York. They had three children, Chad L, Traci A., Troy J. all of Cape Vincent.
Ennis was a kind gentle soul with a passion for dairy farming. He grew up on his family farm. He purchased his first farm in 1961. He expanded his farm over the years.
When he wasn’t milking or in a tractor Ennis enjoyed going to farm auctions and reading farm magazines.
In his younger years he enjoyed snowmobiling, ice fishing, hunting, going to watch stock car races and tractor pulls.
He was most happy when being with his three grandchildren and family.
Ennis is survived by his wife and two children Traci A Mason and companion (Patrick) and Troy J. ( Laura) Mason both from Cape Vincent. Three siblings Neil Mason, Carol Henchy both of Cape Vincent and Joy and Joe Fitzgerald of Syracuse NY and three grandchildren Nicholas, Sarah, and Matthew all of Cape Vincent, along with many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents and a son Chad Louis Mason (1990), and two siblings Lynn and Gary Mason.
