Edwina "Dolly" Jakubowski Buskey, age 86, of New Hartford, New York, passed away on January 13, 2026, in Utica, NY.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Cleveland Funeral Home in Watertown, NY.

Dolly was born on January 1, 1940, in Dexter, NY, to Lucian and Mary (Cosmic) Jakubowski. She attended General Brown High School.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Charles; her daughter, Karen (David) McDaniel; and her son, David (Kathi) Buskey. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Kelsey (Jason Schnitt) Vanderwood, Tyler Vanderwood, Zachary (Alina) Buskey, Sarah (Adam) West, Rachel Buskey, Maria (Garnet) Pfeffer, Jacob Buskey, Julia (Eric) McDaniel-Bouley, David (Kelly) McDaniel, and Miranda (Niccolo) McDaniel. Additionally, she is survived by her great-grandchildren Mia, Jack, Charlotte, Henry, Milo, Calvin, Bennett, Caroline, Ella, Rose, Virginia, and Lily; her siblings, Felix (Joan), Jean, Martin (Catherine), and Janina; and many nieces and nephews.

Dolly was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Walter, Stanley, Richard, John, Wanda, Irene, Victor, Carl, and Edward.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
