Carol M. Forte

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Carol Marie Forte nee
Radley on May 23rd, 2026.

Arrangements are entrusted to Cleveland Funeral Home.

Carol was born in Watertown, NY on Nov 9th,1963 to Gerald and Ida Radley.  
She graduated from Thousand Islands High School in 1981, and Canton ATC in 1983.
After graduation she worked for JC Penney in Rochester, NY.  She met and married Dr.
Charles Forte.

Due to increasing health issues, she moved back to her hometown of Cape Vincent, NY,
which is where she was happy.

After years with many struggles, the Lord called her home.
She is survived by her father Gerald, sister Deborah, brother Michael and nieces Alexa
(Reese) Whitsett and Lydia (Cody) Wyatt. 

She is predeceased by her mother, Ida Radley, and her husband Dr. Charles Forte
.
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd at 10 AM at St. Vincent of Paul Catholic Church in Cape
Vincent, NY, with burial to follow at St. Vincent of Paul Cemetery, Cape Vincent, NY.
